Why were you punished?: got punished for leaving while being arrested to "avoid being jailed"
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was very clear telling the officer that i had a family emergency and i thought my dog was dying so i had to leave to drive him to the vet (hes okey now) and it says in the ban report that i pulled out my gun under direct gunpoint but i had no idea that they had guns pulled out becasue they where behind me
Additional Information: the reason i was in a bad mood before the arrest was because another officer had miss treated me around 20 min before this happend where he searched me without consent and took almost 400 weed that i was about to sell so im sorry for the way i acted
