Why were you punished?: 1.2, 2.5 - User as a police officer pushed an AFK civilian on the road with the intention to being run over. When confronted by another civilian he said he does this because "he is black".
Why should this appeal be considered?: My initial confusion when I was questioned about these events is because this happened at 3-4 am my time so I wasn't exactly forthcoming since I hardly remembered what happened. To address the breaking 1.2 I was being racist and regardless of who I do it to, pushing someone and stating the reason is "because he's black" is highly offensive, the idea came trough my mind because I thought it was funny but now I see the issues with it and the punishment of a ban is justified. The person I was pushing , Vlad, was afk but at the time he was part of my org and my intention was not to have him be ran over instead it was to annoy him until he got out of AFK. Him being run over was an oversight because I didn't expect anyone to actually be driving so late. Once he got ran over I begin pushing him again towards the sidewalk and I'm sure if you were to contact the AFK player he would say that there was no issues with it. There aren't any excuses for blatant racism on my end , I apologize to the person I offended, and a ban /PD blacklist is a valid response but all I'm seeking trough an apology is to see a reduction or unban. If Swaffle had been much more harsher I know the ban could have been up to 6 months or more and I'm thankful it was just one month but I hope he gives the same amount of lenience again with my apology.
