Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi, I only have half a day left, but I read the rules and I'm sorry. I know it's a bad excuse, but I was outside PD and never saw the medic himself. I don't wanna wait until tomorrow so I'm just applying here please I'm sorry. I know now I should've scanned the area for government officials and I should have noticed the ambulance that was there. Please bro have mercy on me
