Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.20 - User mugged another player and shot him right after because "he was not intending to RP", he disconnected 2 minutes after this and rejoined 7 minutes later.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all i am sorry for what i did, i actually didn't know that you have to wait 10 minutes after doing a crime do disconnect, now i know:
about the mugging, while he was zip-tied he continued to trying to go away while also gunpoint, that made me mad so i shot him
i still believe tht i didn't do anything wrong in the mugging, if i did let me know and it will not happend again.
