Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I have created this appeal to apologise and explain my actions yesterday afternoon prior to my ban from the server for 3.4.
Firstly, I'd like to mention my uncertainty and lack of caution during the incident. Initially, I had jumped from the railing as I had thought in the moment that I was making a reasonable 'escape' by jumping as there was a metal floor between myself and the gunman once I had dropped into the river. - I understand this is incorrect now as there was no physical block between us whilst I attempted escape. - Secondly, I made the decision due to this not being a muggable area, to which I did not understand or validate the situation due to their being no pheasable reason as to why I was being gunpointed.
However, after further thought - I can understand how it broke rule 3.4 as I directly put myself at extreme risk by not complying with orders whilst I was in such immediate danger. I am positive that such actions will not happen again and ask that you look at my prior infractions, only ever having one punishment for 3.4 which was over a year ago. I play PERP everyday, and very much enjoy my time on the server so I hope you are able to consider this appeal by understanding my thoughts at the time as-well as accepting my apology. I have spent adequate time reviewing 3.4 and will not break it again. I believe I have learnt from my punishment.
