Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User ran over a cop and managed to flee the scene. He later returned to pick up his friend. At that point, a cop looked at the car he was in and called KOS without verifying whether they actually knew it was him or not.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I think this appeal should be considered because troughout these 3.5 days i have thought about my actions and understood what i did wrong. I shouldnt only call KOS because i think that the officer or a civilian recognized me, i should only call it if im 100% the person recognized me and showed me this by their actions. And im sure that this mistake will never happen in the future.
Im also sorry for taking long time in the admin sit and i am very thankfull for your leniency because i understand that my history is horrible
