Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 3.20, 3.18 - User disconnected immediately after killing another player and storing their weapon, while still a part of a raid. In addition, the user has a history of being discriminatory and toxic in OOC.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I normally don't have issues following the rules of the server, but when I got banned I definitely broke the combat logging rule after I looted a gun off the ground while people were getting raided and I closed the game. Obviously I shouldn't have done that and I was wrong. As far as my OOC trash talking, that was in response to multiple people making comments about NA and the USA in the chat and I added to fuel to the fire by arguing back and making derogatory comments about EU. I realize adding fuel to the fire doesn't help but at the time I didn't really care and wasn't considering that and I joined in on the toxic chat. Normally I might say sarcastic or smart ass stuff in chat but if an admin doesn't like it and tells me to stop I wont push it any further. I was never warned about any comments I made in OOC it just got added to my ban reason on top of combat logging which occurred way after the fact. Not saying I wasn't wrong for it but I would like that fact to be considered at least. I enjoy playing on perp and I'm far from a perfect role player but I definitely would appreciate a second chance and have my ban overturned so I can hop on and enjoy the community again.
