Why should this appeal be considered?: I am terribly guilty for this stupid action should have surrendered and carried on I just want to apologize to you and him for my stupid act when I was gun-pointed and should have not take my weapon even though I killed him. I apologize for everything I have done at that time and should have followed the rules. I am sorry for all and wish to be forgiven
