Why were you punished?: Rule 2.5 & 3.4. I had wallbanged someone who had no intention of raiding me, as well as there was a police officer on scene during my pushing where I killed Lushi.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I have spent a while thinking about this situation as well, as spending time reading up on the rule book regarding the rules 2.5, 3.4 and every other rule. Serving half of my time I decided to make another appeal in hopes that this may be considered. In the moment I was incredibly confused, my friend had given me a callout that there is one man left and no cops, and I believed it. Priti Nightfall the cop on scene that declared themselves had a perfect right to do so but my decisions were reckless. We have had other instances of people impersonating officers during a raid and that lead me to believe it might have been another lie.
Additional Information: There should have been taken more precaution from my side by asking who is out there at least. The wallbanging itself is a reckless move from me since I didn't really have any real idea on who was out there and I sincerely apologize to @Lushi for that, it ruined the current scenario by a big shot.
I'm sincerely sorry for my actions and I have taken measures to ensure this will not happen again and future roleplay scenarios will not be ruined by my honestly not thought out actions. And i want to apologize to the admins for having to deal with these ban disputes.
