Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @william Benson
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent

Your Steam Name: Squeaky Chair
Your Roleplay Name: Squeaky Chair
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:639521835

Why were you punished?: 2.8, 1.6 - User said some sexually disturbing threats to another individual and lied to staff about saying it.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I just want to start by saying how truly sorry I am for what I said and did. Looking back, I can’t believe I acted the way I did, and I honestly feel like I completely ruined my own chances of being part of the community. I was very new to the server, literally only had about three hours of playtime, and I genuinely wanted to spend more time on PerpHeads, get into RP, and actually have fun. But instead, I messed up in the worst way possible.

What I said was completely unacceptable. There’s no excuse for making disturbing threats like that, even as a dumb joke or whatever I thought I was doing in the moment. I don’t know why I said it, and I regret it more than anything. On top of that, I made it worse by lying to staff about it, which was just stupid and immature. I should have owned up to it immediately instead of making things harder for everyone. I realize now how much trust I broke, not just with the staff but with the whole community.

I wasn’t trying to be some troll or just cause problems—I was just being an idiot. I know actions have consequences, and I completely understand why I got punished. I just want you all to know that I really did want to be a part of the server, and I threw that away because of my own immaturity. I don’t expect forgiveness, but I at least wanted to apologize properly instead of just disappearing like it didn’t matter.

Again, I’m really sorry to the person I said those things to, to the staff who had to deal with my mess, and to the community as a whole. If there’s ever any way to prove I’ve learned from this, I’d do it, but if not, I still just wanted to own up to what I did.

You are forgetting to mention you tried to ban evade 2 days after you were banned. You should also wait a considerable amount of time before appealing this.
