Why were you punished?: 1.6, 2.5, 3.4 - User killed 4+ people without valid reasons, attempted to lie to me in the reports. Also broke gunpoint on one occasion

After spending more then a year banned I've decided to make an appeal.
At the time I was not in a good place, I had surgery waiting, and was waiting on surgery for up to 2+ years (this was during the covid times). Due to my personal sircumtances I had some issues which had also developed into a toxic personality in PERP. I don't really want to open up about those issues at the time, due to them being 18+ issues, I do want to apologise to the staff that had to deal with me at those times. My actions were rude, immatury and not fit for a community like this.
As for today, I got the help (and surgery) I needed, and have changed my behavior since back then, hence hoping I can get a second change.
