Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User at Small Suburbs House 4 while in handcuffs, and after informing his armed friend that he was 10 toes, decided to run from outside Small Suburbs House 4 towards the front door - knowing full well there was a TFU inside his friend behind him was going to engage - and died as a result of being shot by mistake.

Why should this appeal be considered?: So I did not know there was TFU inside I was alt tabbed of the game and the car I was in got despawned when i got back to gmod I told my friend that there is the owner inside because thats what I thought. SO NO I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS TFU INSIDE THE APARTMENT

From not only your POV but also the TFU's POV it is extremely clear and obvious for all of you outside that the TFU officer in question is in the house, you are not only told by your mate but you can also see your other mate in conflict with said TFU officer.

Because of this you obviously knew or should've known that a threat was present and running in as bait or at least, running in first while handcuffed, not being able to defend yourself is the most clear definition and example of 3.4 we have.

The ban is deemed 100% valid.
