Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.15, 1.6 - Continuously accelerating into the back of a police vehicle until it was ramped up on his car and continued to drive with it until it collided with a street sign. Lied about his involvement in the situation as a driver.

Why should this appeal be considered?: When discussing with the admin about who was driving the vehicle, I mistakenly said I wasn't driving the vehicle, this was because throughout the day me and my friends were switching seats on who was driving and also were very active in the area around Puffer mart because of constant KOS on PD and buying guns. after I realised this mistake I corrected myself to the admin and apologised, however, they did not believe it. I tried to explain myself further by explaining how I was confused with other situations but the admin did not respond and banned me without warning. Furthermore, the other part of the punishment I was also unfairly banned for as I explained in the clip you can see the police car pull out without checking and immediately be rammed by my car as I had no time to react. As I explained to the admin throughout the day we were KOS'ing cops and had guns on our backs which is why I decided to continue pushing the cop so that he was unable to get us out of the car. This is simply a matter of hearing me out which the admin refused to do so, however in such a situation an admin should ask for evidence of the back story before deciding whether it is true or false, as I had clips of myself KOS'ing cops in front of puffer mart and buying guns around puffer mart throughout the day.

The evidence you provided clearly shows a break of 3.15 with you continuing to drive into a police vehicle to the point where it ramps up on to your car, not even trying to avoid the damage that this would cause to your vehicle.

For 3.4, you could have gone around the cop after the initial crash as the cop seen in your clip, was responding to a separate incident therefore, putting your freedom at risk unnecessarily.

For 1.6, you told Aquaa that it wasn't you driving the car twice even after seeing the clip, stating you forgot if you were the one driving, this is very hard to believe based on how unique the situation is with the police car ending up on top of your car.

This ban is valid.
