Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot a player without a valid RP reason
Why should this appeal be considered?: I believe i did have a valid RP reason as he threatened me on more than one occasion as once i GPed him he says "Watch yourself" 5 times with a scar on his back then he comes back around 6 minutes later and tells me he has KOS on me as i GPed him and then he breaks character and says "im not gonna do anything cus i don't wanna get banned" Him saying that out of character means i cannot use that info in character so i still assume hes going to kill me as he told me he has KOS on me so I take precaution and shoot him as he has threatened me on 2 occasions after i gun pointed him for stealing from my customer.
Additional Information: If i felt threatened by both of these statements why does the staff member get to decide that I instead didn't feel threatened by it. Something like this is down to how each person takes it so if I felt threatened by these statements that's all that should matter.
