Why should this appeal be considered?: I have recently logged on to see my account has been permanently banned due to cheating, even though I was not online at the time that I got banned. And have never engaged in any form of dishonest behavior. I would really appreciate any clarification regarding the specific circumstances that led to this decision, as well as any evidence that may have contributed to this conclusion. Gaining a better understanding of this issue would be nice.
