Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to obey reasonable orders while underneath gunpoint by police officers.
Why should this appeal be considered?: this officer is clearly new and i was told it was an "IA" situation so ive made a ia on him and in the clip provided by him you can see this kid go into MY apartment after being told the raid is in regals 3 and lets the raiders get away and comes back to me and puts ME under GP unlawfully, in my opinion hes abusing his powers as a officer knowing he can just put people under gp this isn't reasonable orders nor should i have ever been under gunpoint this kid probably has some issue with me and found a reason to mess with me i wasn't under gp at all until he came around that corner that other cop najir something had his gun out but he never said to put my hands up he was listening to all the info i was telling him
