Why should this appeal be considered?: got banned yesterday 1 day due to a misunderstanding, since replying to tickets takes a day i tried adding admin (unsuccesful)/entering the server on alt account to contact someone and now my 1 day banned turned permanent, not sure what to make of this

I created an account shortly before the appeal, and I had to wait for confirmation from an administrator it said. Didnt know how long it would take hence logging another acc
