Why were you punished?: “The user failed to comply with reasonable orders given whilst under gunpoint by an officer.“
Why should this appeal be considered?: I feel I had cover within in reach, and when my gun was pulled out I was not under gun point from my understanding from what I have been told in the past, the officer was fighting an ally, the guy in the green which was the first one to pull his gun and cause the officer to no longer look at me and not able to continue holding me under gunpoint allowing me to discreetly pull out my weapon and kill him.
Considering Jimmy(the guy in the green suit) was not banned, what did I do wrong and what did he do correctly that caused him to not get banned?
Now if jimmy was not there and did not shoot at the officer distracting the officer and giving me enough time to get my weapon out discreetly, my hands would have gone up because I would have been under gun point.
But if I am still considered under gunpoint when someone has their back to me, can I please have someone explain to me how this server classifies “under gunpoint” so I can make sure I am abiding by the server rules as closely as possible.
Additional Information: I try my best to abide by the rules as I have a good time playing on this server but clearly do not fully understand the rules. I thought I did but I guess I do not know what you all consider “under gun point” but now I understand that this is considered under gun point as I am now banned.
If I am banned because of a different action other than pulling my weapon out and killing the officer, please let me know so I can learn and play the server within the rules as much as possible.
Please do consider my appeal as clearly I misunderstood the rules and did not realize I am still considered under gun point when the officer has his back to me. I will use this as a learning experience and make sure I am following properly in the future.
