How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Months

Why were you punished?: I was banned for "failing to report meta gaming" but I had no link to any rule breaking behaviour. The ban happened after I logged off for the night because I was raided and died.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I was literally offline for the night when I was banned, the same staff member forced me to change my name 30 minutes earlier when I'd been on the server for a while and never had any issue, and the same staff member showed up to nitpick our base after we beat somebody that was raiding us, then he changed what was wrong for us and then we got raided again, we all died, I logged off for the night without respawning, tried to get on today and I'm banned for someone else meta gaming. So, how is it "failure to report meta gaming" if I didn't know people are meta gaming.
