Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, as can see in my demo, the whole parking lot was on fire. As i just needed to craft a couple stimpacks I parcked where there was no fire. When I come back I see a booth, and the tow truck guy as we can also see in my demo. sadly we can't hear what I am saying but I talk to the guy and ask him if he can take the booth off as did not mind paying him. He fully ingnored me even after multiple attempt of me speaking to him.

States that : 3.2: You must not use out of character chat methods to communicate in game or act upon information given to you via out of character methods. You also must not say stuff about in character situations in these settings during the situation because that can be used to talk in game too. by (Bnjemann)
As we can see I never saw that my car was towed I only saw the booth on it, so my question is, why put a booth on a car that you would tow but most importantly why ingore the players when you do a RC job and put booths on cars. Why did he not hook my my car instead of putting the booth on it and then start doing other stuff, while I was talking to him, he ignored me and kept on picking up tires
The rules also states that you dont need to use you microphone to talk to players but the guy did not even type nor talk to me strait up fully ignored me, didn't know that was a thing now.
When I was on scene he was picking the tires that where on fire and not even close to my car with his work truck. As i already mention he did not even interact with me.
Also Stating that I disconnected to avoid my car being towed is a bit of a mistake because when there's a booth on a car it goes to impound if the user disconnecs. Witch would rusults in the same.
3.20 Disconnecting from the Server
When disconnecting from the server players must ensure that they are not a part of any role-play or administrative situations, this includes, but is not limited to, being UNCOUNCIOUS. Players should also wait at least 10 minutes prior to leaving the server after committing a crime; this does not apply if the crime has been resolved (player has been arrested / caught for this crime).
It is also prohibited for a player to disconnect from the server with the sole intention of saving possessions. However if a player can provide a reasonable explanation for disconnecting during role-play they should do so by informing a staff member with the use of the /report function.
I guess that we could play with the words in regards of the vagg definition on 3,20, but from my understanding of the rules and the reason why I got banned I think there's a bit a difrence, therefor my request.
Also for an action to start there needs to be player interaction, and the fact that the player never interacted with me lead me to think that he was busy doing other stuff than actually towing my car.
