Why should this appeal be considered?: It's been over six months since I was banned and I was hoping that some leniency could be found for my actions, I've not even attempted making another apology in all this time because as I've seen that simply didn't work. I still don't think my actions warranted the permanent ban I received but, at the end of the day that is far past us. I don't really enjoy a lot of games right now and I've been searching for something on Garry's Mod to scratch that itch, and there's not really anything but good old Perp that comes to mind. I remember a time when there was tons of Perp servers and I wouldn't have to scratch and claw at the proverbial door of this one just to get that fix but, here we are. I've done my best to atone for my actions back when I first made my apologies, but now that I've had a long time away from the server I'd like the chance to begin again. If I had hacked, or exploited, or spouted bigotry I would understand the reaction of a Permanent ban but as it stands, all I did was ATTEMPT to RDM. Nobody lost their progress or their time but me, and I'd like that to be considered before you make your decision.
Additional Information: #the_klyde on discord for any questions, unfortunately I didn't have any clipping software on so I don't have a recording of the situation.
Context of the situation: A man took packages that I was midway to loading into my truck, I tried to RDM him after. Police heard and they were brought into the gunfight. Nobody but me ended up dying as far as I'm aware.
