Why were you punished?: i was punished for "not complying under police gunpoint".

Why should this appeal be considered?: This appeal should be considered, because it seems rather unfair, that an officer who clearly saw i was doing nothing but speeding, wrecked my car, and then proceeded to shoot me in the head when im screaming "im going to kill myself.",

As far as i am aware, the officer was not punished, and the fact I got punished after he wrecked my car and RDMd me, is quite fascinating in my opinion.
I Do understand i did break 3.4 and didn't comply under gunpoint, but i do also think it's partly not my fault;
If i'm speeding, i don't think he should shoot me and proceed to shoot me in the head when i resist gunpoint..

Again, I'm extremely sorry for the commotion but i seriously do think this is an unfair ban.

In this situation, you had violated 3.4, as you had failed to comply with demands on two occasions, once when being gunpointed by the officer at the billboard and once when behind subs 10 and being gunpointed, instead stating "Im going to kill myself" instead of following orders from the LEOs, your ban is valid.
