Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @fokus_rado08
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month
Your Steam Name: COMMANDER/dougles quiad
Your Roleplay Name: dougles quiad
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:932376495
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User stalled for too long to surrender while being under gunpoint by an officer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i was already banned for one month so i forget a lot of the keyboard functions and i play diffrent games wich makes me forget the keyboard even more, and 1 month punishment because being a little bit slower in finding the surrender button is way way too hasrh its not even 3.4 and its like using a bomb against an ant too harsh and only because i might have a foggy mind and bad memory shouldnt make me prone to such harsh punishment wich is already over doing it,, and how can u call it 3.4 wenn no one got hurt and i got safely arrested thats no 3.4 thats resisting arrest no rule break and yes some people struggle with things and most often its not their fault but even if its on purpose. resisting arrest is still RP thats why its called resisting arrest and thats why there is a prison sentence for resisting arrest i really feel like it was over done no one died no one got scratched i just resisted arrest
Additional Information: i think the punishment is too harsh and unjust i myself think it definitely was a wrong 3.4 u can even ask the police officer involved george cole that i was just taking a bit long to surrender and while in that struggle no one involved was even scratched wich is basically just resisting arrest because in the end i was in prison for resisting arrest so every one involved was not harmed so 3.4 is an exaggeration from what we all know and even the ban says User stalled for too long to surrender that literally just means resisted arrest dont u see?
