Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 – The user did not give the player being raided enough time to respond while they were visibly unarmed. Additionally, the user initiated the raid in direct view of a police officer.

Why should this appeal be considered?: First, I want to point out that we told him ( the defender in this situation) we were going to raid him , and he replied, "go ahead" So my friend started breaking down the door. As he started, I shot the defender. Because I had another friend standing a little further behind me who was supposed to tell me if a police officer came, I was sure no one had seen me, so I ran straight into the house.
And i dont understand why should i gave the defender mor time to respond so if i raid him i kill him i mean i know he wasn`t armed but it can be that there are more people aor he get out a gun and shoot me

Why did you decide to shoot the defender instantly? Did you see him visibly armed at the window?

because my friend started to crowbar the door and after 2 secs of crowbarrinf i killed the guy who peaked at the window

so it was obv a raid bc of that i killed him

I didn't see him armed but it could have been that he pulled one out or a friend of his came to the window with a gun, so I shot him because we broke down his door and were about to raid him.

i mean we told him we gonna raid him and he answeredus ,, go ahead´´ so we said again are u sure and he answered us with ,, ye do it´´

You didn't give the user any chance to surrender when you initiated the raid. You killed him almost instantly as soon as your friend started it, hence breaking rule 2.5 as they were unarmed.

However, we will be removing 3.4 from your ban and will be altering the ban reason to reflect that.
