Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User attempted to run over a person armed when their vehicle was stationary

Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all, the guy pulled a gun out over an interaction he started and for no reason. He then began aiming at my friends who were OUT of the car. He didn't directly aim at me so I took the chance to try buy some time for my friends to get their guns out and protect themselves. We were back from 2 raids and didn't know if it was a person we messed with. I was using a transit not my usual golf which is faster and speeds up faster.

After being reviewed, it's clear that you weren't given any verbal commands and since the situation was so fast paced that the gunpointing against you and your friend is difficult to establish; which allowed your friend to use the Transit as cover to shoot the aggressor, plus the reasoning for gunpointing you / shooting your vehicle was invalid due to the player's corresponding ban for this sit, so this will be accepted and your ban will be lifted.
