Why should this appeal be considered?: This should be reconsidered as a man in a white tee threw a stun grenade prior to this and the Law Enforcement Officer was searching the bazaar for the suspect (as someone said to him), so to deter him from catching the suspect, I exploded his car using two gas canisters by a Molotov Cocktail.

Why should this player be punished?: The player threw a Molotov at a police car for no reason, which led to an explosion. The probable reason is that I had given tickets to illegally parked cars and called Roadcrew to impound them.

Not necessarily my friend but yes, I only noticed around 3 minutes later when I came back and saw a RTU car take off, not with the guy who threw the grenade in the car but the officer that I exploded their car.
