Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User disregarded a cop pointing a rifle at him for a considerate amount of time and kept going up to him instead.

Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all i don't think the reason i was banned was fair, at least not 1 week. I do not get why i was the only one banned when as you can see in the clip i am not the only one who doesn't understand what he wanted us to do. I think he should have been more precisely when performing that act. And i will assure you that if you ask the 3 other people, Farid Abdi Manaf, Baba Won and Ivan Rothschild, they will say the same.
Please consider this dispute.

Additional Information: You can't just gunpoint people and think that they know how to act.

So I point A gun to your friends, I tell you too leave when I take your friends guns unknown to me at the time that they where used in a crime till told otherwise, Then the fact you continue to linger around the scene when I told you to leave directly putting your life at risk of stray gunfire when you have no form of protection, Or better yet the fact that this is not your first time doing this over and over again, and the fact that I also asked your friends to leave and they did not, but that's for admins to decide not me.

You and your friends keep doing this time after time and when you have the slightest repercussions you complain, also if anything regarding ban make an staff complaint not a dispute

So i ask you the first time and you stand there like a complete and utter melon, questioning why ect, my mic gliched the second time but I assure u I was asking. Fact remains though you where acting like a complete idiot, you actively tried to argue with me constantly, with an M16 pointed directly at your dome, even if it was a unlawful arrest / unlawful search which it was not you actively broke 3.4 by not complying under gunpoint

Getting a gun pointed at your could mean 2 things. Wanting me to go away or wanting me to put my hands up

I wasn't the one wanted, and didn't get told to surrender

But you should value your own life which you clearly did not, and my tenical difficulties should not influence you braindead actions to run your mouth while i have a M16 aimed at you

The fact that you can't answer the yes or no questions correctly is quite concerning.

If you're being gunpointed, no matter who it is or what whatever reason, you must comply with orders or wait for orders; you did neither.
