Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User broke gunpoint for an extended period of time which allowed his friend to come shoot the officer gunpointing him.

Why should this appeal be considered?: my button wasnt working to surrender therefore i couldnt comply and the admin who banned me wasnt listening to the reasons i gave for why i didnt comply and was very unprofessional in our discussion. i did explain to the admin that i should have acted differently in the situation but in a matter of 10 seconds i didnt have much time to do anything. i hope this can be resolved and this admin is sorted out instead of giving bans without listening to the explanation.

@Jack04285 if your surrender button is not working, why do you still look around and not using your "C" key instead to surrender?

I reviewed your report logs with Headline and he was not out of line in any way - There is quite literally 0 unprofessional behavior. As Swaffle mentioned above, you've claimed that your key wasn't working and you were trying to put your hands up, but this is obviously not the case as you're walking around and looking towards where your friend was who eventually came and began shooting.

Next time someone has a weapon pointed at you, comply, and do not ask questions until you have surrendered.
