Why should this appeal be considered?: I feel this ban was unnecessary and tbh it felt like Headline was personally aggravated with me for some reason. I presume he was the cop chasing me and that was the reason. Regardless, in an attempt to quickly get to the mayor's location, I ran a redlight through an intersection and proceeded to be chased by the police. I then engaged the police in a high-speed pursuit, whilst being careful not to hurt or injure anyone else.

My main point is that while yes I did break 3.22, it was done with roleplay intent. I did not negatively impact ANY OTHER PLAYER's experience through my actions and thus I feel a ban is overkill where a warning would have sufficed.

I'm not sure what "evidence" there is here. The 3.4 charge was not for any interaction with another player, so no clips would provide any help here. Furthermore I'm not quite sure what you want me to provide to prove I had roleplay intent? Or that I was driving fast?

No, I concede 100% that I broke 3.22, I'm not as confident that I did indeed break 3.4 in this case. My point is, that if I did break 3.4 by your interpretation, then why does it need to be bannable if my action did not impact any other players. The point of the rules being to keep the server orderly and enjoyable for all players. I was roleplaying a highspeed chase, I didn't hurt or kill anyone.

You escalating a simple traffic stop into a chase is not permitted as you are risking your freedom.
Dan disputes are not for disputing the type of punishment or length of punishment, only the validity of the punishment. If you disagree with the ban and believe it should have been a warning then you should make a staff complaint on Headline instead.
