Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.20 - User failed to comply under gunpoint and instead pulled his firearm resulting in his death. Disconnected without responding to the report for 20 minutes.

Why should this appeal be considered?: (@ 9 minutes into the video is 30 seconds before the altercation) From my point of view, when you read the words "gun point" you assume the gun has to be pointed AT you, I had 3 people with me at the time of the altercation and he was trying to point the guns at us individually, maybe I'm misinterpreting the gun point rule but I don't see that as being gun pointed at, but I'm the the rule enforcer so what do I know.

Additional Information: Also, I didn't mean to ignore the report, I truly had no Idea I was even reported, I got no notification of any report made on me. I uploaded the whole session from before the altercation and after and I didn't see a single report.

You were clearly not in a position to pull a gun out because you died by doing so...
As for the disconnected with a report open, 1. you had the initial notification, 2. you had further notifications pinged and 3. it is your sole responsibility to ensure you have no active reports open before leaving the server.
