Why were you punished?: Killing a tow truck driving for no reason
Why should this appeal be considered?: The roadcrew worker had been harassing me for a while, I crashed my car during a demo restart and cops pulled me over as they did this he rammed my car and tried to tow me while the cops told him to stop but he didn't so i drove off. Later on that day I was on top of the floating thing in the water negotiating with the police about giving up. He jumped into the water from bridge and swam over to me demanding that I give up. I have no clip to defend myself as this happened days ago and I've only just been banned. there was no attempt to contact me to get my side of the story and I feel like this is headline being petty.
Additional Information: Headline has also been disrespectful to me during a couple of sits that have been opened against me accusing me of lying during the sits and calling me "mate" (were not mates) he has been very unprofessional dealing with me the last few days. for instance when I opened a sit against someone for calling me a slur he left the sit open for over an hour after saying he would sort it out in a moment. but when its my sit he's quick to judge even when there wasn't a clip of me doing what i was accused off (not the tow truck driver)
