Why should this appeal be considered?: The guy at the storage box had a shotgun, I get in my car he tells me to get out of my car (rule breaking) and I dont and he shoots my car up, I chase him with my pistol and kill him. Without doing any investigation and without the guy even reporting me (because he is in the wrong) he questions me and assumes im in the wrong lol I literally hop on for the christmas event and I get banned because he assumes wrong intentions. P.S. I tell Headline multiple times it was a valid reason, but it wasn't enough for him because I didn't explain a story to him for his liking, he caught a true rule breaker!

I do not have video evidence of this situation. I checked my demo folder and I dont see a demo recording of the incident.
However I am willing to cooperate with this dispute and explain what happened as clearly as I can. Based on the timeline of events this should be visible in the server logs. The other player had a shotgun and ordered me out of my vehicle at a public storage box. Before this I did not damage or threaten him in any way. He then shot and damaged my vehicle. Right after that I grabbed a revolver from the nearby storage box. Within seconds I chased and killed the same player during the same situation.
There was no delay or disengagement and nothing that would reset the situation. I used force only because lethal force was already used on me.
If logs are available showing vehicle damage weapon usage and timestamps I believe they would support this. I am open to answering any other questions or explaining further if needed.

P.S. If my earlier responses came across as uncooperative, that was not my intention. I believed stating it was a valid situation was sufficient at the time given the circumstances and lack of a direct report.

Clearly we can see that you were acting on KOS from the users who were bugging you and tried to shoot you so the 2.5 will be removed.

But

You were being extremely difficult with Headline during the report and sit and kept on repeating ‘valid reason’ without actually explaining why you did what you did, so the 1.6 will remain, don’t be a pain in the arse next time and just be honest, thanks!
