Why were you punished?: 3.4, 5.6 - User attempted to take 3 officers hostage at City Garage in an attempt to raid City Hall when they could've simply waited for the officers to conclude their situation.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I don't believe this ban was justified in my case we was going to kill the mayor we had a advert set out on the mayor, i don't understand why its 3.4 because if thats the case then killing the mayor is 3.4 because i risk my life just so the Sales tax is lower which is High risk and low reward why is that you ask, because killing the Mayor over 25% Sales tax yes is valid but you risk dying, getting arrested and Having your property raided so you end up loosing and no reward is gained from it (back on topic) the reason I GP The officers was to Ziptie them and then kill the mayor which we ended up killing a few minutes after anyway, but I never succeeded because one of the officers blatantly broke GP And got wanred for it only, so i had to wait for a while before I could KOS The mayor which i did, and in my defence if I was able to Ziptie the 3 officers then that would of left 5 officers on plus 2 SS Making the Risk lower then if there was 8 officers plus, CH Got raided by Roxanne Cole, His friend a random guy and me and my friend Making the Risk pretty much non existent and also it would of created more Roleplay if them 3 officers where ziptied because during that CH Raid all 8 officers died plus the 2 SS Plus the Mayor and the 3 EMS On duty and 1 Firefighter practically there was no DNA Uploaded as there was no one to upload, any im pretty sure them officers and EMS Would of preferred an extension in the Roleplay instead of being KOS And that being the end of it, thats why Bank raids PD Love them as it leads to Man Hunts, Car Chases, Shootouts, Property Raids, Making the Roleplay more fun and i get banned for 3.4 when I had a Valid reason to and good intentions also.
Additional Information: and the 5.6 one regarding Kidnapping it what I did, did Outweight the Odds and would end up in us escaping easier as if it worked and the one officer didn't break GP they would have 2 radio, No Gun, be ziptied, so they couldn't contact over the radio and would have to run all the way back to PD To gear up and before they get there the CH Raid with how many we had would have been over.
