Why were you punished?: not putting my hands up during "gunpoint"
Why should this appeal be considered?: my ping is usually the highest or the few of the server, the latency made the scenario look different on how it played out compared to his video, when i pulled my gun out on his screen, on my screen he was just getting out of his vehicle, i didnt know his intentions until his voice cut out then i was dead, this wasnt deserved, specially theres some petty jokes going about. ridiculous, the video sent is evidence enough not everyones pov is the same on the server.
Additional Information: its been straight passive aggresion from each perp, i dont even know the language they speak half of the time lol, < thats how disconnected i am from the server geo wise, the latency is a issue on not just perpheads but any server thats ran across the world from me
