Why were you punished?: for not putting my hands up fast enough

Why should this appeal be considered?: last night when i was on i run into my apartment and theres a guy in there trying to rob me, i got surprised and tried to run into the bathroom, he said hands up and i was going to listen to him but i missclicked my keyboard and opened phone instead of pressing C and surrendering, but he shot me the second i opened my phone. And the admin that banned me said that i was trying to text in Org chat, wich i was not because first of all i dont have and ORG and it was literally a misclick. it seems like it was the admin himself robbing me because i just got banned with NO report and NO conversation about the situation. And i dont think i deserve a ban for a misclick, and yes i agreee that i used a long time to put my hands up but that was only because the guy surprised me and i panicked

Additional Information: i would like in the future to have a conversation with your ruthless admins BEFORE u ban me out of the blue thank you

Was it a player or a moderator that robbed me if you dont mind me asking? I just thought it was weird that there wasnt a report or a conversation of any kind before i got banned

You broke 3.4 by running away from me into the bathroom whilst under gp and I highly doubt you clicked Z on accident instead of C to surrender. You also had enough time to flick your mouse to the side and say "Chill Bro" so you obviously were just stalling.
The reason why you were banned so "out of the blue" is because you left like 5 minutes after, the admin could not create and f6 on you

what do you mean flick my mouse to say ‘’chill bro’’ how does that even make sense? And WHAT would i do with my phone when i am literally solo have no ingame friends since i havent been playing for a long time and IT WAS a misclick! Z and C is very close togheter. and you caught me so off guard by being in my apartment since i had house alarm but i didnt receive any notifcation about a robbery. Me running to the bathroom was just straight panick.

It seems like you are trying to play off your actions as a mistake or miss click and you have no actual reputable evidence to dispute the fact that you broke 3.4 and disconnected abruptly afterwards. Just make this ban an apology and you probably will see a reduction or unban if it goes trough.

i would make an apology if i knew it wasnt a missclick, but it WAS. and i 100% agree that it was stupid trying to run into the bathroom but i was going to surrender no matter what you believe, i think that is obvious. if i wasnt goint to surrender why tf would i open my phone at gunpoint instead of just taking my mp7 out and try to shoot u? xD

"3.4 - The user failed to comply under gunpoint for an extended period of time, leading to their death"
But the length will remain the same.

We understand you may have mistaken C for Z, but it still took you an obscenely large amount of time to react.

You seem to be more concerned about the way your situation was handled and the severity of the punishment rather than the validity of your actions. In that case (both for the severity and the handling), you will need to make a Staff Complaint rather than a Ban Dispute.
