Why were you punished?: I thnik its beacuse i was being pointed by a gun and i pulled my gun out instead of putting my hands up.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I completely understand I should have put my hands up but I didn't want him taking my money or gun and he was mugging me in public which your not allowed to do so i think i shouldn't be banned and if I am it should be for at least a day or 2 i know i have no been the best civilian or cop but i really like this game and i can play more as im on a break from college. I also hope you can see my police officer appeal as police officer is the best job and it took me nearly a few weeks to complets the test.

So what you're saying is: You believed the other player had broken a rule, which then allowed you to break a different rule yourself?

In any case: You quite clearly and blatantly pulled out your own firearm while under gunpoint from another player. Upon review of the evidence your "assumption" that the other player had violated a server rule is also very obviously false.

In the future, if you believe another player has violated server rules, continue on with the situation as if no rules were violated. Then contact staff via the F6 report function and have the situation reviewed. If it is found that a rule violation happened, you will be refunded the items you lost.

On the topic of ban length: This is up to the staff members discretion, in your case @SadBoy. If you feel like the length is unfair you can make a staff complaint on them, otherwise you might just get lucky by creating a ban apology instead once you've waited out some of your ban.
