Why were you punished?: 1.2 Using homophobic slurs

Why should this appeal be considered?: I understand that this ban is very old, but it has bugged me for a long time, having it on my record. I was banned for homophobic slurs, but I am certain that I never once used a homophobic slur on the server. The admin told me that I had used a homophobic slur and that some user had reported me for it. In the ticket, I denied this claim and asked for a video, but the admin insisted that I said a slur when I did not. I checked up on this staff member as I wanted to dm him about the situation and saw that he had been permanently banned, which further adds to my suspicion that the ban was fabricated. I have heard from some staff members that evidence is often kept on file, and I would like to request that this is reviewed (if there is any). Thank you for your time.

Looks like you either said "faggot" or "fat guy" but it's hard to tell and you've kind of waited so long to dispute this now, but the evidence doesn't really look fabricated, now you wouldn't have your demo or the banned staff members demo or anything to show what happened after the fact you were probably taken to a sit

Is faggar a word? To me its clear as day that I said fucker. In the ticket, the admin also told me that I was reported by someone, but it also shows that he lied to me about that, and it was just him following me around for some reason lol.

I think the most compelling bit of evidence that proves I didn't say the f slur is that the word I said ends in "ER," which I feel is very clear in the video. Would it help if I booted up Audacity and dropped both words so that you can compare?

You should've disputed this way earlier, it does not sound like what you say you said was probably said, most agree that it sounds like you said a slur, so this will be denied.
