Why were you punished?: Reason 3.4 - User as a cop pulled a gun under gunpoint at the police department while the player was trying to take the user hostage.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I got banned for failing to comply under gunpoint outside PD parking lot, but as you can see from my POV I only pulled out my pistol before he said "Hands up"

After reviewing this dispute we have come to the conclusion that although the player was slow to make verbal commands to you, you were being held at direct gunpoint, without any option to safely withdraw your firearm in front of him. Your actions were in breach of rule 3.4.
