Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @torbizzle
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Days
Your Steam Name: DeclanZC17
Your Roleplay Name: Wallace alby
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:853178654
Why were you punished?: Drove into an active shoot out
(Why should this appeal be considered?) - I understand that I drove into an active shootout, but the things you're saying aren't true. I was the courier who parked up—I never ran the guy over. The person in the green car did, which is why he had to deactivate his vehicle. How could I have killed him if I was just the courier? At most, I think I should have received a warning for driving into the shootout, but I didn’t cause his death—as you can clearly see in the clip. Shouldn’t the guy in the green car be the one getting banned if he’s the one who caused it?
Also, I’ve noticed that a few other people who were banned for the same reason or rule violation only received 12-hour bans, whereas I received 3 days. I think that’s an unfair verdict, especially considering the circumstances. I can only apologise for driving into the shootout—it honestly didn’t register until I was already there. I was focused on completing the delivery, and with shootouts becoming more common in the city lately, it just didn’t stand out right away
Additional Information: I can understand a warning I just don't understand a ban I am sorry for driving into the active shoot out
