Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User attempted to raid a property with a baseball bat, then went to an AFK user who was visibly unarmed and killed them with a baseball bat to raid their property
Why should this appeal be considered?: Ok well first of all i am also sorry for what i did once i was just unbanned after 3 weeks i immediately read the rules and never saw anything about a baseball bat but what really confused me was how hard it was to understand 2.5 because in our chat logs with the admin he asked why i killed him and i said because before that i watched him pull out a gun which was true so then he said that breaks 2.5 which i remember while reading the rules i remembered that one so i didn't get in trouble and because it helps me since I'm a new player and then i even copy and pasted the rule showing in my eyes i believed i was in the right and i was still banned for it. i do think i was in the wrong for 3.4 though and that's why i wish i could do both a apology and dispute because i have never been banned for 3.4 and being I'm not lying but when i read the rules i never saw that rule so I'm just hoping for leniency because when i was unbanned i was trying to do better because i like this game and server and I'm new this is the only server i play and it was frustrating when i got banned again even after i try to do better so please consider this dispute/apology since i cant do both at once
