Why were you punished?: for unintentionally breaking a rule and the admin admitted it

Why should this appeal be considered?: my previous record is being used to punish me for a rule staff was done unintentionally due to human reaction and the time it takes for animations to switch. the staff even told me they believed it was an accident that i pulled a firearm. i know the rules, but human reaction is part of any human being and i even tried to comply right after and surrender. im not making a dispute because the way the rules are written, they have been broken. this is just bullshit. even in a real life situation i would probably act just like this - attempt to pull a gun because i would be in fight or flight of being targetted until my brain processed the immenent threat
