Why were you punished?: 3.4- User failed to comply whilst being given orders by a cop during a situation at Projex, instead going inside of their apartment and closing the door, whilst calling out that another apartment was going to be breached by PD
Why should this appeal be considered?: 1. Firstly I did not hear locksmith as this gentleman in all honesty doesnt really have aloud voice and for me i didnt even notice he told me to put my hands up and him pointing the gun when closing the door in the first place was me thinking they were going to breach p1. I did not notice any issues besides them just maybe escorting me back so i dont cause a nuisance however locksmith later on arested me for aiding and abetting alongside mentioning in looc that i broke gp in the brute van. Fyi this was the first time i was even aware that i broke gp in the first place and i even said sorry or tried to reconcile in the report and in looc (I think check chat logs) he then proceeded to arest me and 25-30m later created a f6 now I didnt know he told me to put my hands up and in all honesty I dont know how to even prove i didnt hear and my only proof is that i literally didnt respond to him. I then went in my demo and I had to replay it 2-4 times to actively hear him and I had to zone in and completely listen to the clip. However I am mad theres nothing i can prove that i heard it or what as there was numerous people speaking, juan was on the phone to me, house alarm went off and I was more bothered going home and IF I were to hear him I wouldve complied and I wouldnt of just went in obviously so I dont know why he is in under the impression that my rundown apartment was worth a 7 day ban, also if i were to here him It would be indiscriminate as hearing him in the clip after review it did sound quite far to be honest. I was also already going back up as people were saying leave leave to a medic or me so I just left.
2. Locksmith then decided that saying put your hands up once would be effective and didnt even bother contacting me after going in I dont know why but this couldve not of happened if he just knocked on my door as I had no reason to just blank him and walk off and there were no drugs visible in that room or Points Of Interests worth just ignoring gp and for him to think that I would just ignore gp for funsies and nothing else genuinely has me confused as he didnt really ask why and rather just banned me after 1-5 messages. For him to think I need to randomly ignore gp is still just a genuine confusing thing for me in report and as I write this as there was nothing I had worth it for me to think "Ignoring gp is worth so much more than 21 tea leaves and them not even breaching my property, he could of investigated it further and actually knocked or asked me to come out solely as I just went on with my day in my base and went downstairs and i got arrested anyways in which i apologised for not knowing but 1 week for a singular hands up and me not hearing it is ludicrous.

Locksmith proceeded to accuse me of lying in the report when I really wasnt like i genuinely dont understand from staff pov and my pov why I would lie or ignore him and it genuinely makes my blood boil that he thinks I would lie over something as stupid as this as it doesnt even benefit me and it didnt benefit raiders as juan, lushi and all the other raiders got fucked and the only person who genuinely lost their life was a medic who was breaking 3.4 in the first place and who was being told to leave anyways me calling it out done nothing but let u just kill everyone quicker and they got destroyed regardless so the situation wouldnt of changed besides a EMS attempting to combat rev/combat heal die who would've died regardless. I know he didnt ban me for a suspicion of lying but somethings I am confused about becausee on everything why would I lie and then ignore your commands for fun like i simply dont get it nor understand what i got from it me not being able to play my favourite game isnt a benefit and a medic wallbang isnt one either so what could I gain from blanking you?
4. I dont have any illintentions towards locksmith he is a great chill guy but I am just confused over something so petty as him saying hands up once and me not even hearing him and then getting a 7 day ban Im helpful he supported me with demos but im rather confused he decided to ban me over something this stupid and for that long regarding the rulebreak and that it was clearly unintentional cause accidents do happen and it was on both parties to be more aware but saaying it once in a ongoing raid and then just not bothering to speak to me or even remotely resolve this peacefully besides mentioning I didnt follow gp in looc feels petty as I didnt even know cause it wasnt some "oh shit i broke gp moment" I was actively confused and didnt even know.
Additional Information: I could write more points if necesary however im looking to have a apropiate investigation and discussion in this thread and actively communicate about this as i believe this could of been handled better and i didnt even know i broke a rule, I can understand his point however this just felt unjust, i want no action (I doubt it will reach that level) against locksmith but im so confused and annoyed that u thought i was just being a dick and just didnt care when ive been banned for said rule numerous times as u even stated in the report sincerely made-Tarone Idrin
