Why were you punished?: 3.4- User failed to comply under gunpoint from an officer when they had their crowbar out.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So yesterday when this had happened I was pretty upset about it and today I wanted to play so was going to make an apology and dug through Clips just encase I did actually clip it, turns out I have a clip of the officer only saying hands up when I was in the midst of pulling my gun out and couldn't stop the animation and would have been shot regardless if I would have tried put my hands up. The clip shows me running as the officer didn't say hands up or tell me to stop, so out of instinct I ran to my friend who had a better gun and whom the officer also didn't know was there, He did not give me a command, and by the time he did i was in the animation of pulling out my gun. He was sprinting up the stairs and did not have his gun directly pointed at me and as seen in the clip he did not initiate the gunpointing until I had my gun out. I understand if his clip looked different, however from my POV it was not 3.4. it then sparked a gun fight and I was later banned. I do apologise on my behalf as I did run thinking the railing were bulletproof as I've heard before in OOC but still I could not stop pulling my gun out, and I would have been shot anyway
( uhm I believe I was also banned without being asked if I had a clip or not so I couldnt even prove I was in the right
