Why were you punished?: Failure to comply/Open a chest for the Police.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanted to clarify what happened with my recent ban. I was following the instructions of a gang member to store a gun in a chest that wasn’t mine, but I had access to it through the organisation. When the officer asked me to open the chest, I tried to explain that I had just been kicked from the organisation, which meant I no longer had proper access to it. I wasn’t able to get this across before the ban was issued.
I wasn’t trying to avoid cooperating, and there was no intention to break any rules—it was simply a misunderstanding. I’d appreciate it if the ban could be reconsidered since this situation wasn’t entirely my fault.
Additional Information: I have indeed remade this, as i originally put it under the wrong Appeal type.
