Why should this appeal be considered?: 3.4 i didn't comply with the cop because I was yelling on teams peak at my friend to get here I was being arrested and I ran out not focused on him I didn't think he would have a gun pointed at me cus he knew I was unarmed I ran past him he told me I was running from gunpoint I stopped when I realized and let him arrest me I don't know why this is a ban it literally effected nothing I got charged for the crime I gained no distance it had 0 effect on anything the cop just reported me to report me

Additional Information: the cop also broke 3.4 very clearly after I broke it but he his 3.4 breaking actually lead to me being arrested and my org member dying when I showed the admins they said this wasn't a 3.4 break and did not continue lmao here's the clip

the guy who banned me had a longer clip from the cops pov but again I literally let him arrest me after I realized I gained nothing he lost nothing no one gained anything no one lost anything me "breaking 3.4" had the same result as me not breaking it besides that it probably took him 2 seconds longer to actually cuff me I corrected my mistake immediately and still was banned I don't understand the harsh punishment

The clip you provided is very cropped and does not show the full situation. After reviewing other evidence we were provided, there is no chance you were not aware of the officers presence or the fact they were gunpointing you, which you also knew they had a very legitimate reason to do.

You also failed to provide the longer clip as requested and the ban has expired in the meantime. It will stay on your record.
