Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User risked his life and freedom, because a guy rammed his car once.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was arriving at Bazaar when a vehicle rammed my car out of my parking spot and causing damage to my vehicle aswell. I then gped him in his Bazaar shop to confront him about his actions. I then shot him because he broke 3.4 and caused unnecessary damage to my car and ramming it out of my parking lot.

I will be deleting your ban and un-deleting the warning. Please note, however, that we still feel as though putting yourself in a position wherein you would gunpoint and then kill him was an inappropriate escalation of the action committed against you. In the future, please consider any (or several) of the following:

- Making a concerted effort to get him to move the car
- Pop his tires instead
- Call RC to have the car towed
