Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.15, 3.22, 4.1 - The user as a police officer drove on the wrong side of the highway in an attempt to stop an evading suspect, putting his life and other lives at risk.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Rule 3.15 doesn't apply to police officers when performing their duties to stop a vehicle doesn't apply. if that were the case PD would never stop any vehicle with any method, spikes etc. and RTU wouldn't teach TPAC etc...

Rule 4.1 Doesn't apply to police officers when performing their duties, if it did no PD could really ever do anything. lights & sirens would not even be allowed. would literally be like the UKCG, there are not any legal exemptions. also, LAW 4.3 would not exist.

Additional information: Not disputing the other rules nor asking for the entire ban to be taken into account, only rules 3.15 & 4.1 wich make no sense

Rule 3.15 applies as you had no regard to the damage that you had done to and could have done to not only your police cruiser but also the suspect's vehicle by trying to drive head-on into them. The second sentence of rule 3.15 states that "this also applies if the car in question is stolen or work-related" which means that as a police officer, you are bound by it.

Rule 4.1 applies as you endangered the suspect's life unnecessarily as well as also put your fellow police officer at risk of severe harm; law 4.3 does not cover your actions here as law 9.8 prevails.

As such your ban reason will not be amended and will stay as is.
