Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User killed another user in crossfire due to their negligence, the crossfire could've easily been avoided.
Why should this appeal be considered?: My side of the story was me & Rafi heard cars being broken into near where our cars were parked, Rafi found out his car was being broken into so attempted gunpointing Jackson Berry to no avail and then that escalated into a firefight.
Jackson Berry gunned down Rafi which lead me to go to my storage and arm myself to take revenge, a crowd formed around the crime scene and people were taking Rafi's gun and dragging his body.
In the second clip, it shows the players not displaying fear of their life or any acquaintance of 3.4 by running towards the murder.
In the 3.4 Rule Guidelines, it states:
DO NOT approach shootouts if you are not involved or unarmed.
RUN AWAY if a shootout starts near you (regardless if you are inside your property, as long as you can see the shooters / bodies, you are not safe).
A gun is NOT WORTH your life.
In my honest opinion, all three of these were broken.
1. People approaching the gunshots and body.
2. Running TOWARDS the shootout.
3. Jonathan Reymond Grabbing the gun, risking his life and freedom.
