Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User gunpointed a player on the player's driveway to initiate a raid on said property.

Why should this appeal be considered?: The admin knew that the victim pulled out a gun while under gunpoint. And the homeowner was gun pointed with no one around.

The rule is actually 5.6 Kidnapping not 2.5 so it will be changed. We usually only allow people to gunpoint them outside of their doorway/pretty close, please read 5.6 Kidnapping below:

5.6 Kidnapping​

Players may only be kidnapped where the benefits outweigh the risks and it is absolutely necessary, such as taking a hostage so as to substantially increase one’s chances of escaping police. Kidnapping players who are visible from outside a muggable zone so as to mug or raid them is not allowed. Rule 3.4 should be referred to when deciding whether taking a hostage is beneficial.
