Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint instead lingered near a shootout unarmed. While unarmed, user then put himself in the line of fire between an officer and his friend

Why should this appeal be considered?: first part of the ban "User failed to comply under gunpoint instead lingered near a shootout unarmed." I wasn't near a shootout the shootout was at slums 4 and I was at gas station which is in no way going to get me shot unless I was intentionally aimed at which would be RDM and that cop had his gun up because he was aiming at the window of slums 4 NOT to tell me to go away and I did end up walking away and came back after the cop was done with whatever they were doing. and part 2 of the ban "While unarmed, user then put himself in the line of fire between an officer and his friend" I was hiding on the other side of the concrete wall that my friend was hiding behind and tried to inform him of where the cops were then I got flash banged and couldn't see anything at all so I tried to move out of the way because I figured a bunch of cops were going to storm the room and I didn't want to be shot and I accidently walked in the wrong direction because I couldn't see and I was not shot AT ALL while being flash banged and when I saw that the cops were dead I fled the protection of my friend for safer area and to retrieve a gun from a separate apartment i had access to because another one of my friends owned it in order to help defend the base from the police force

In the clip submitted to your report, you can be seen lingering around an active situation where one person had recently been downed, it was also mentioned within the report that there was an armed suspect within Slums. By interfering with the situation, and not fleeing the scene you are putting your own life at high risk as you are an easy target for accidental, or intentional fire by either any assailant within slums, but also by the police. This leads you to break rule 3.4.
